BRANDON - Tampa-based Salerno Entertainment, Florida’s ageless and most energetic theatrical and entertainment company, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a joint and mutually-beneficial agreement to establish an eastern Hillsborough County touring venue for its Las Vegas-style theatrical concert events at Center Place in Brandon.
Salerno Entertainment has combined the top talents, resumes, and assets of the highly recognized Salerno Theatre, “Tampa Bay’s Musical Theatre Company” and American Concert Company to create Florida’s most dynamic entertainment organization.
Established in 1976, Center Place Fine Arts and Civic Association is a not-for-profit organization whose members are dedicated to the promotion of the fine arts and civic involvement. Center Place offers cultural enrichment opportunities for all ages through a variety of programs including original art exhibits, art education and the performing arts.
With diverse offerings such as highly acclaimed events featuring salutes to popular artists including: Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers, to musical extravaganzas such as BROADWAY IN CONCERT™, MUSIC OF THE KNIGHT: THE SONGS OF SIR ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER & FRIENDS and our newest, smash hit, COAST-2-COAST: HITSVILLE, USA™ which features the best music of the 50’s and 60’s, Salerno Entertainment features high-energy selections that cater to virtually any audience and/or theme. Salerno’s acclaimed theatrical and cabaret productions have been touring in multiple counties in Florida to standing ovations since 2004, including performing arts venues in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Sarasota counties as well as corporate-sponsored and unique private events.
Salerno Entertainment is thrilled to embark upon this new relationship with Center Place in order to bring its critically-acclaimed events to audiences in eastern Hillsborough County, who, because of up to 40-mile distances, cannot attend Salerno offerings in the western region of one of Florida’s largest counties.

Tampa-based Salerno Entertainment has been actively searching for a venue partner to bring its acclaimed Las Vegas-style events to eastern Hillsborough County audiences, will now be touring several of its Las Vegas-style theatrical tribute concerts to Brandon's Center Place.

Salerno Entertainment will debut at Center Place with SERIOUSLY SINATRA: A TRIBUTE CONCERT EVENT for a limited two performance engagement September 16 and 17, 2011. SERIOUSLY SINATRA has been touring the State of Florida at regional performing arts center and private events since mid-2010 to continual sold out houses and standing ovations. A multimedia concert event, SERIOUSLY SINATRA pays tribute to Sinatra with hallmark songs and heartfelt video interviews from some of his best friends in the entertainment business, his family and with Frank Sinatra himself. SERIOUSLY SINATRA celebrates this legendary icon who, for more than 50 years, provided the soundtrack for millions of Americans.
Following SERIOUSLY SINATRA, Center Place will present Salerno’s productions of THE LEGENDARY BOBBY DARIN January 20 and 21, as well as DEAN MARTIN: AT IT AGAIN March 23 and 24.
Each of Salerno’s theatrical concert events will include both dinner theatre and show-only ticket options.
